Buddy, I have raised the complaint with TVS and have not been able to get the issue resolved in the past year. You'll never be able to fill 100% of the fuel in the front tank; it can only hold 4 liters out of the 5-liter capacity. If you go to the fuel pump when your bike is on reserve, with about 1 liter left, you will only be able to drive on 3 liters of fuel. Assuming an average of 50 km per liter, you’ll have to refuel after traveling 120-150 km, instead of the ideal 250 km. So, if you’re riding 50 km a day, you'll need to visit the pump every 2-3 days. This is not a good bike. I would not recommend the TVS Jupiter 125 to anyone. My complaint to TVS for Jupiter 125: I hope this message finds you well. I purchased a TVS Jupiter 125cc bike from Sai Baba Auto Pvt Ltd, Wakad, Pune, on 4th November 2023. Please find the attached receipt for your reference. Since day one, I have experienced an issue with the fuel tank. The fuel tank has a front-side refueling system, with fuel flowing via a pipe to the bottom of the tank. According to TVS, the tank should have a capacity of 5.1 liters; however, I have been unable to fill it with more than 4 liters of fuel at any given time. Refueling the bike has been consistently challenging, as the fuel fills extremely slowly and requires 3-4 attempts by the fuel pump operator. Despite this, the tank never seems to be completely full. Over the past year, I have visited Sai Baba Auto multiple times, but they have not been able to resolve the issue. I visited the service center again today for routine servicing, and I also took the bike to the fuel pump, accompanied by a representative from Sai Baba Auto, to demonstrate the issue after meeting with his senior manager. During my visit, I spoke with at least 15 other customers, and it seems that many of them are experiencing the same problem with TVS Jupiter 125. I kindly request that you address and resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift resolution.

No idea bro.. but below is some tips for petrol tank level All the six bars will be displayed when the fuel in the tank reaches above 5 litres approximately (full tank). When the fuel reaches half tank (3.2 litres approx.) the fuel gauge displays only three bars as shown. When the fuel reaches minimum safe level (1.2 litres approx.), the last bar of the fuel gauge starts blinking and low fuel indicator starts glowing.

Reserve tank capacity is 600ML only. No 💡 idea 😐 why they said like above. But every time I'm filling full no issue yet. . I guess tank will catch 🫴 air after filling full tank.

May be Jahatak tank mai sensor hai vahase petrol calculate karke show karata hai Driving range 🏎️. Top Pipe ka extra ho jyata hai petrol vaha sensor nahi hota. Average Fuel Efficiency (AFE) / Driving range AFE displays the approximate average fuel economy since AFE is reset. Driving range indicates the approximate distance that can be covered by the vehicle with the available fuel in the tank. AFE and Driving range will toggle for every 5 seconds ..

One problem with this model is that it is impossible to do full tank within a single-filling. Even after riding for 50 KMs on reserve, the maximum I can put in the petrol tank is 4.3 Ltrs. I have to wait for 3 mins to allow the petrol to go down into the tank. Only after that, I can put more petrol, but mostly it maxes out at 0.5 Lts. So, the max I can put is 4.3 + 0.5 = 4.8 Ltrs only.
