Central ka banane ke liye ->Upsc cse 2025 ke instructions wale pdf ke Annexure 3 ke format par tehsildar ne manually fill karke sign and seal laga di hai BUT certificate number new nhi diya. State wale certificate ka hi certificate number daal diya (Basically state certificate ke basis par manually new certificate bana diya). Will this be valid?? Ya fir mujhe entirely new certificate chahiye hoga with new certificate number? Please reply sir.
