UPSC is very specific about tenth certificate being your date of birth proof. Be that is it may , if you dont have any other document..you can put your birth certificate but in meanwhile get tenth certificate with DOB from your board

Joh name aadhar mein hai vohi likho recommended toh vohi hai. Baki aap marksheet mein joh name hai vohi name aadhar card mein krva lo
