How th information regarding mock poll details after faulty CU or BU occur and replacement is done. Where the details of mock poll has to inserted/need ? Any forms like PRO report Part 2. How to store the mock poll slips???

if the EVM replaced during the mock poll then the data of new EVM will written in the mock poll detail and in PRO report part 1 you will mention the detail of faulty EVM and new EVM
