Sir I have question. My Tata service center poured water in windshield wiper tank. When I asked what do we need to use, the boy said water and he poured it infront of me. Is it good? What did you observe in your service center?

Could be due to the AC running try turning it off and on to see. Best get it checked by the service centre if you feel it's abnormal.
