I took my WolfWarrior11 suspension apart and found that the shock is a sealed unit. The lower form (black casting) unscrews and the entire shock pulls out of the black tube. Once pulled form the tube it provides compression and return all by itself. Any oil in the fork tube is just to keep the polished surfaces oiled.

If you understand how a mountain bike fork or a dirt bike fork works you will know that section of the fork does not control any sort of dampening. Fluid in this section is only to lubricate the spring section. Also you must measure the fluid. Too much fluid will lock up the forks.
@nativeamericanartifacts408 Жыл бұрын
Do you know how much oil it takes? because like you said it has to be a measured amount...the morons at voro motors dont seem to know , and when i asked they sent me to the how-to -bleed the brakes.....i wish they had a super technical manual ...Do they??
@gmmza03 Жыл бұрын
@@nativeamericanartifacts408 I think the front fork comes as a unit non serviceable part. So there is no technical info there. Best thing to do is the measure what you remove.

@wolfking52322 жыл бұрын
Depends on the wt #5 #5 wt is going to be the softest( what I use) #7 is gunna be a bit tighter but still some squish #10-20 is going to be too stiff unless you want it stiff. I recommend 5-7 for best on and off road without bottoming out

Great video. My wife would look the same if I panned her in on accident as well. I'll definitely do this this weekend. Question, Have you ever lubed the motors?

Any ideas on upgrading the back suspensions permanently? Sadly I live in an area with no scooter shops and I'm the only person who even has an electric scooter that goes past 25 mph in my whole city. The thing I like about the wolf King GT Pro is how the back suspensions have that flap to stop dirt from getting in them.
@wolfking52322 жыл бұрын
I can 3d print you bushings for the rear suspension. That's what they do/done and I have to fix my rears. As for fluid leaks, only if your seals are bad and I honestly am not sure if it goes bad but personally after a hot summer I would probably change mine out so I'll be doing it this time next year.
@wolfking52322 жыл бұрын
My next experiment will be to see if I can find a bit stiffer spring for the rear suspension also.
@VegitoBlackityBlack2 жыл бұрын
I'd appreciate that. How would I drain the fluid?
@wolfking52322 жыл бұрын
@@VegitoBlackityBlack you would have to loosen the stack and pull it out and then tip it to get the fluids out. It's not as challenging as it sounds. Just pulls out smooth once everything is loose.

@bigcity4202 жыл бұрын
I have a question, i do live near a voro shop, (I live in n.y.c.) I have a king (Not g.t.) My brakes need fluid (squishy) my springs are shot, (Do you need to take the tire off to put new springs on) I've tried a few times to get the air bubbles out and that works for a few days or a week or so, and its very springy (The whole scooter) it needs a "tune up" is it better for me to bring it to voro or the issues I have I should be able to fix it myself. I can see then charging me 500 for these simple fixes but I'm not that good around tools. Thanks for any help/comment.
@wolfking52322 жыл бұрын
Honestly it's super easy to change everything. You will need bushings not springs as that's what has worn out. (Every one of them had trash bushings from day 1 even gt) it's only two things to loosen yo change the rear bushings and as your breaks go they need fluid added and bleeding probably, easy easy fix, follow the KZbin videos on how to bleed them. As far as it goes it's not very complicated to replace/fix all of this I would recommend not bringing it to them and just fixing them yourself
@bigcity4202 жыл бұрын
@@wolfking5232 Thanks for the info, Defenitely going to try it myself, I did both brakes yesterday and got the airbubbles out but I think I might need a bleed. As for knowing its much easer on the bushings that I thought id have to take the back wheel off. I ordered my king with street tires but was sent offroad tires and found out the household wrench was getting those tires off. Not to put voro down but they wanted me to send it back to cali because their new brooklyn shop didn't have the "right equipment" to change tires yet, so I took it to minimotors. But yea all the minor issues I have I can do it at home, thanks again for all the advice.
