Fun VIDEO! How to VIDEO Yourself EASY. We don't film. :-) Film, filming, and filmmaking are the most misused words in the industry. :-)Digital Video and film require different skill sets. Having DIFFERENT historical and TECHNOLOGICAL timelines spanning 150 years. :-) Educate by having pride and knowledge of the gear we use including the words that describe what we do. Our tools are Digital Video, Non-linear, and CGI. We are moviemakers, not filmmakers. Videographers and/or cinematographers. We video or are videoing, we do not film. That's the other RARE professionals who know how to use film and film cameras, like an ARRIFLEX 435 Panavision R-200 and Steenbeck flatbed film editors. Know the difference and be better at your craft. You will also stand out in an industry polluted with point-and-shoot "pros". Respect to you.✌♥

What is the cheapest yet most effective wireless mic that is compatible with the Sony a6400? I go to j-school online and they sent me a corded lavaliere mic that’s time consuming to deal with.

Kinda weird question, but how much extra time on your footage is set up for shot vs the shot. I always feel like I'm spending too much time on set up and most of my clips are set up for a few seconds. Normal?
@DylanBatista5 ай бұрын
@@fraideSTUDIO sometimes setting up the shot definitely takes more time than I'd like, it depends on the shot I'm trying to get but as you keep going you going ways of getting better at predicting where you should place your camera and sometimes you just struggle and it's all part of the process!

There's a 'Thanks' option at the top that you can use to donate & inspire more of us to donate, also. If we all used the thanks option more, then creators wouldn't have to rely on ads as much. I haven't clicked the thanks button, so I can't moan. You shouldn't either, just watch the ads & appreciate this valuable information is free!

Quick breakdown - Use a tripod and buy a monitor - 2 huge ad spots (Accsoon not disclosed) - Use said sponsor to frame yourself unnecessarily ..... In many situations, you could use the monitor to frame OR use one of the perfectly useful and functional camera apps because all you're doing is framing yourself quickly (in your examples) , so it doesn't matter if it's glitchy if that's all you're doing I would care less if you disclosed the ad, kept it a tad shorter or talked more about them at the end of the video for people who might be curious and want to know more. Maybe even do a whole other video on the Accsoon stuff. Because honestly, I'm a fan of accsoon and some of the things they bring out, they hit a really great market. But there are also others doing some cool stuff like the Hollyland M1 monitor. Monitor and a TX/RX in one. But overall isn't relevant to the videos topic. That's more for reviews and comparison videos. I appreciate the extra tips thrown in. But I feel like I got barely any value from this. Just over 2mins with actual tips in just over a 9min video
