All offices are working, they don't have long holidays, so many applications are pending, that's why it's getting delayed. It can take 4-6 months( Depends on the place ) . Also you need to make sure that your permit is still under process or it's rejected by any reason.If it's rejected you need to make it a fresh one again. Please make sure through your agency.
