Hi Joshua, I am not so sure about how this process works but I believe the agency through which you submit your application should have a better response to this question. Different visas are handled differently.

Is possible , when he Riches there he will first study CNA studies then he gets a job offer. Help us madam 🙏🤝

Yes so when he gets here, he does a short course as a CNA these are cheap and short . He then is certified to work as a care giver

Yes I did, I filled it out myself, with my mum actually. No one else has to do it for you. It’s easy you just have to answer the questions to the best of your knowledge

They might not get you the exact position as they would in Uganda but they will surely get you somewhere.
