That depends on your situation, if you're on your PGWP, i'd advise you to first look for a designated employer in NL and only come here if you have a job offer, it won't be useful otherwise because you won't qualify for AIP PR Program. You can find jobs here but you'll need it from a designated employer to qualify for PNP.
