I think you can use this framework for every business decision, even when looking for an employer. It is universal. It seems obvious and simple but it is definitely something most businesses in my opinion, from small to big, do not go through then they try to push their services/product to a market or have too high expectations that can not be met because they didn't go through this framework before and realized that market has no potential. Thank you very much for putting it together in such a clear and effective way again!

Go through the framework and see where you end up...To me, it's solid - but most interior designers aren't overly educated on SEO and don't have a ton of purchasing power
