I think the non EU criteria will make things complicated for Switzerland to get an internship....maybe you can do a French exchange in Haute Savoie which will be easier to get and hop over the border to check Swiss opportunities and maybe private tutor Swiss clients by joining online facebook groups...

The Swiss will only hire locals most of the time unless they need experts in difficult domains such as manual labor, high tech, engineers. Check job sites to see the job spec. Jobup.ch, jobs.ch, indeed.ch
