මම මේ වීඩියෝ එක බැලුවේ, මටත් අදහසක් ගන්නයි. මේක බැලුවහම තේරෙන්නේ ආපු ගමන්ම හොද තැනක් හොයා ගන්න ටිකක් අමාරුයි කියලා. මගේ වයිෆ්ට student visa grant වුනේ ඊයේ Griffith Nathan campus එන්නයි ඉන්නේ . ජූලි 07, 08 තමයි air ticket book වුනේ.දැන්නම් බයත් හිතෙනවා. අපිට ආපු ගමන් ඉන්න තැනක් හොයලා දෙන්න පුලුවන්ද ඔයාලට. අපිට ගෙවන්න පුලුවන්. ලොකු උදව්වක් මේක කරලා දෙන්න පුලුවන් නම්.

මේ දවස්වල rental crisis එක නිසා කලින්ට වඩා ටිකක් අමාරුයි.අපි එන දවස්වල එක ගෙදරට 30 දෙනෙක් විතර inspetion ආවා.මගේ husband මුලින්ම ආවා එයාට company accomodation ලැබුනා සති 3.ඒ කාලය ඇතුලත තැනක් හොයාගන්න අමාරු වුනා.ඊළගට Airbnb ඉන්න ගමන් inspetion ගියා.හරියටම මාසයයි සතියකින් වගේ තමයි තැනක් ලැබුනේ realestate එක හරහා.තැනක් ලැබුනට පස්සේ තමයි මම ආවේ.Nathen Campus එක තියන Mt.Gravatt පැත්තෙ Airbnb එකක් ඔයාලට ලංකාවේ ඉඳලා book කරගන්න පුලුවන්.පහළ link එකෙන් ආව ගමන් නතර වෙන්න තාවකාලිකව airbnb එකක් දාගන්න.අපි ලංකාවේ දන්න අයට කියලා බලන්නම්. ♥️ www.airbnb.com.au

Do we have to show our bank account balance as well and if so around howmuch for a unit on rent at around 450 dollars pw.

Some real estate companies ask for a current bank statements but some are not.Companies wants to see how much income you earn and how much you spend weekly basis.Its better to have initial security bond money on your account.(Ex: If your budget is $450 bond is $1800)

අපි ඔසී ආවේ husband ට ලැබුන 482 visa එකෙන්.Job එකටම ආව නිසා පළමු සති 3 company එකෙන් accomodation ලැබුනා.4 වෙනි සතිය Airbnb ඉන්න ගමන් inspetion ගිහින් accomodation settle කරගත්තා.උපරිම මාසයක් වගේ ගත වුනේ.මේ තත්වය එන visa condition එකත් එක්ක වෙනස් වෙනවා.Job එකක් එක්ක හෝ direct PR එනවනම් settle වෙන්න ලේසී.
