Beat WT main story first to then follow this vid. Also for me currently in this version of the game or the way my missions were progressed, Retsu is outside that giant building to the left of spawn. The one with gold stuff on it it's referred to as the Masters Foundation Building.

I think I forgot to elaborate on this part but for each fight, press start and check the objectives. They should explain what move you need to use to get the data chip

@mryoung6090 I think you have to finish his quest to bring him to genyu temple. You should be able to find him in either nayshall if he is not in metro city
