I agree. Deleted messages do not appear in the file.

@@racquelryan1121 you just can ask meta to send your information via settings. Then you can chose what information you want. ALL history chats with everyone. Even deleted accounts I think, don't know for sure. But all existing accounts, they can give you all chat history back. Also don't know about deleted chats, but I think they do

How do you see blocked accounts?

Go to the menu in the top left then go to settings and then privacy and safety and then scroll down until you see a tab called block accounts and thats it
