Getting a work sponsorship from Australian employers is like finding a needle in a haystack. Might work for some if youre lucky enough. Otherwise, the chances of getting one is slim...very slim.

To identify and find a suitable sponsor in AUS is the major hurdle or challenge for skilled professionals outside AUS. There should be an agency who can possible assist with connecting the sponsors who seek skilled professionals. This is a Gap which needs to be mitigated. My self being in ICT Cybersecurity could not find a promising sponsor. Healthcare is the most in demand.
