Sir, what about difference of GL and raft top which should be either equal to 0 or raft should be 300mm below GL? Can't we determine excavation by avg OGL @20m LHS N RHS.

Yes you can, if the levels are mismatching with actual invert level on site. But if the consulting engineering is forcing you to follow drawing standards then you must proceed with the given data. In most of the cases raft top remains between 0 to 300 mm, if it is not then you should state it to the consultant first.

Aise case me min invert level se 300 mm down raft bottom rakha jaata hai, aur road ka frl na ho aisa possible nahi hai, road ki sabse zaroori chij to wahi hai.
