Why is when I take the frequency of AA and take its square root it is different from when you add the half of heterozygous? Shouldnt it be the same?

Assuming that this population in H-W equilibrium frequency of the alleles and genotypes are going to be the same as in F1 generation.

You can check for your self - when you get F1 generation genotype and allele frequency - you can do another H-W formula calculations - and you will se why it is called H-W Equilibrium. Allelic and genotypic frequencies will change only if some genotype will have different fitness, but nothing is said about fitness in this problem.
