How to find ideas for your Green Belt Project (aka: DMAIC or Lean Six Sigma Project)

There are dozens of ways you can start finding improvement ideas. Start out just brainstorming and getting them out of your head and onto paper. I recommend thinking of at least 30 ideas to start with! In this video I give you some ideas of where you can start looking.
