Hi Gaurav, if you are very good in your skills then you can directly apply for job by following steps shown in the jobs video. You can spend some time doing that.. giving interviews etc so you will get idea if you are not getting response then you can come for masters and then get a job as this is an easy way but of course then you have to spend some time in Master's.

It's impossible to get a job in Swiss unless you have a highly specialized skillset or you have industry contacts. Most of the employer and HR are reluctant to hire non-EU candidates. I hope this helps.
