12 acres would cost quite a bit in the UK. Have you any suggestions for being able to live on the land that don't require over £100k land investment?

Basically you'll need to look at really rural locations, but the trouble is massive companies just buy land for carbon credits nowadays which has inflated the market like house prices now

Yep, I'm Bucks too, and we're looking for 2-5 acres for a business venture. Land asking prices are ridiculous, I'm sure some vendors are smoking some serious stuff to come up with those figures!

Same as when buying a house. Asking is 90% of the time not the sale price. Make an offer and see what happens

Forestry is only 5 acres to give u permitted development and I would guess on 5acres of wood there's an invisible spot anyway 🤣🤣
