I feel sorry for Paul. I don't think his mom has ever let him do any thinking or decision making on his own. Then she tells him if he leaves he can't come back. I think she is too controlling. She just wants to have him in her pocket all the time. She just seems too close to him. I do think he and Trisha need more sex education. They are all over each other all the time. I felt happy for the other couple. They seemed so excited to have their own place.

I have Turner syndrome like Tracy, so I can relate to these struggles a lot. I have lots of chronic conditions due to the Turner syndrome, and finding independence and jobs isn't easy. As long as these people are happy, let them enjoy themselves! 💕

Having a mentally disabled son myself, makes me biased. Having said that, I can honestly say that he has been married and divorced and gone through all the same ups and downs most typical people have endured. Yes, he loves. Yes, he hopes. Yes, he aspires to a better life. To adulterate another person's life based on their IQ is wrong even if it's well-meaning. At some point, you have to trust that as a parent you've done your best to prepare them for the world and, when the time comes, let them leave the nest.

Pauls Mom and Dad are disgraceful human beings. Paul is not their property. He is a human being in his own right. How dare they be so intrusively controlling. What kind of parent does not encourage independence in their child, typical or non typical. He has a right to be free. A right to a full life. A right to love and intimacy. Shame on them.
