Hi Seth, does propstream have the ability to show owners that are currently tax delinquent? I did the free trial, but noticed the tax delinquent years, for a good number of parcels, when selecting that filter, had a delinquent year that was a few years old, leading me to believe this may mean that they were delinquent at some time in the past, but weren't necessarily still late, and so maybe propstream not as accurate as a list from the county, in regards to current delinquency. Thanks

Yep, I think you just nailed it in your explanation. I would guess that it doesn't work in most counties and where it does, the information is almost certainly not completely up-to-date. If that single filtering criteria is imperative to you (and it might be for some, because it's pretty powerful), then the county is probably the best place to get it, unfortunately.
