Tysm, I am new to ark, and at lvl 53 I unlocked the paint sprayer, something I've wanted for a long time, and then it said I needed a fabricator, which needed gas. So I really needed oil, as you can imagine, and this vid helped so much!

BTW, that second place you shown is where i set up my base. It’s a good place to setup if you have enough materials to block the river parts but i recommend you to cover it slowly from the end.

thanks for doing this video, I had no idea you could find oil in the north. I play Ark on the PS4, and I pretty much get my tail handed to me anytime I go out into the ocean in order to look for oil.

The ocean right behind Stonehenge has sooooo many shallow oil rocks lemme tell you. We built on one of the flat rocks and I randomly went out and saw so many oily rocks. It’s been a dream running the generator.

FYI the oil node is still there at the first spot you went to in this video you just had to swim past the revival platform and it will be right there to you right

I recommend playing until you can craft a raft then go to herbivore island and get an anklyo then tame it, after that u want to go to carnivore island and get argy sooner in the game like lvl 30 tame it and go to base. Put some speed in it or attack then go to the north. Enjoy your oil.(It’s best of you lure the argy in to the raft and knock him but I can’t ever do that,it’s hard so u might want to put some wooden spikes.)

No, I think skins will be implemented as part of the purchasable structure of the mobile game, I don't think we'll be able to craft all the skins that come to mobile. And I have heard about it! I have some theories

It’s a good way to Find oil but if your in a PVP server and their is a secured place in that location you should probably get it from the sea (yes their is oil in the sea) and an easier way to get organic Polymer rather than going to that place is to tame an Achatina witch produces both Polymer and Cementing Paste

If you realy low level and you freeze at north and sufocate under water you can get easily oil from trilobits. But they are prety hard to find

Iguana I rage a lot at games and deleted ark I will explain why. So my game just randomly reset. I always play single player and I had a whole metal base with a giga and all 40 dinos filled. And my whole single player world reset and I don't know why. I would love to re-download the game but I progressed so far. I have been a subscriber for pretty much your whole channel and I love it. I will get the game again soon maybe though. I would love if you can do a single player world. Then I will for sure get the game agin. Thank you. Your the best you tuber ever
