I'll never even get to fight penance because I can't get Tidus' ultimate weapon. The Chocobo race is UNPOSSIBLE

All I can recommend is KEEP TRYING! It's not impossible. Avoid as many birds as possible and don't worry about the balloons or time as much. The other chocobo race, they're are maps to follow online, which will guide you on how to pick up each chest and also come 1st place. Also, DO NOT FORGET to pick up the chest for the Sun Crest in Zanarkand Ruins. Otherwise, second time you visit, you will HAVE to defeat one of the most strongest bosses in the game: Dark Bahamut I hope this helps!

You can cut the animation of the summoning in the settings so it'll be more like 35 seconds
