Thanks Michele: Great video. I am still having a problem. I have tried to get this to work for many months without getting it to work. I went into setting making sure the face grouping is on. It has been on for as long as I know. Then I went to album view as you said. In that view I have the peoples folder and it is empty. All the other folders have photos in them (places, things, videos ect), but not the people area. Like I said earlier I have tried this for months and I have tons of people in my photos but they never show up in the people area in the albums area. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much.

In some countries, face recognition is not permitted. Otherwise, I can’t give you any suggestions. Google photos do have support forums you could try.

@@johnrobinson1020 i live in Sweden and we have laws against face recognition. So if I use a VPN I can fool my computer that I'm in the states. Google photos will then unlock this feature. Just Google Free VPN. It's really simple.
