1: You can apply to sell on Walmart via their online application. Make sure to have the required documents and the additional sales channels to show them. 2: You can find wholesalers using Google, Tradeshows, looking at competitors and various other methods. I have issues getting Walmart order accepted. It is because shipping and billing address doesn’t match, I’ve had this problem 3 times, I’ve called them all three times to verify and let them know i am a reseller, and that’s the items are being shipped to different address. Yet, they have not solved my issue. Any advice?

They have a way of calculating the estimated sales and have fine tuned it. They have confirmed with a lot of sellers. As for the exact method, I am not sure. They track the item ranking and reviews but there are more variables.
