i send emails and got professor response that " If you have a scholarship, we can welcome you as a PhD student in our lab. Unfortunately, Our University does not have an agreement with Pakistani universities, so you cannot apply for a MEXT Scholarship. However, you can directly apply for a MEXT Scholarship. I hope I can win a scholarship and be able to study in Japan.
