Great ingo Bro! I am looking into a unique ice cream franchise that is just about to boom. Friend of mine started with two locations that are booming and looking to open more. Very unique product that sells itself. Low cost of about $75K to be totally open including franchise fee.

Hi Tariq, thank you for your awesome videos! I’m currently validating with a franchise and they have a top performing existing franchisee operating right next to my proposed territory. I asked about the franchisee to franchisee relationship and they said it can be very beneficial for my marketing to have a top performer in my market already. This is for a pest control franchise. Would you see this as a good sign or a bad sign for me as a first time franchisee?

Does the buyer or the seller pay your broker fee? And how much is that fee typically?

There is not a broker fee. Franchisors pay franchise brokers a commission. We have a system clients buy. Often times there is no commission for us when they find it on their own.
