Great info! I'm actually working on finalizing my MVP software on my tech channel which I think initially will be a B2C using a simplified RPA utility targeted for non-technical individuals to do basic cut/paste data entry jobs for local businesses as a side hustle. I feel it is a tech solution to give certain individuals a tool so they can provide a service that adds values as well as runs independently & concurrently from different client sites. It allows payment based on tasks completed vs. hours spent. Marketing is the worse part. lol...I'd rather code in the basement :D

Hey Bgo, thanks for the insightful video. I believe you had mentioned in one of your prior videos about how to ask people/businesses about their pain points, but are there any specific questions that you've found to be the best to do so? And do you find it's better to collect all pain points before filtering them using the checklist, or start filtering the less viable ones beforehand if you have an instinct that it is not painful enough to demand a solution?
