You have to use the crossbow, others will not work

Do you have to use the bomb arrow or can I just use a regular bratburst?

You will have to use a bomb arrow and you have to shoot it from the black ox cross bow to make it a Tier 3 Shot... this is the only place in the game you actually need to do that LOL
