If the trade is taken after a good base and breakout....and for some reasons it gives less than satisfactory results but some profit say 2-4 percent....how long one should be in the trade? Time horizon I didn't find anywhere

There is no filter as such to spot a base. MarketSmith has them, but my criteria for base identification is very specific. Slightly different from MarketSmith. Hence, I do it manually by looking at the chart

@@mukeshvyas9796 Don't use those filters. Pattern is something that you should spot on the chart. Don't rely on MarketSmith for everything.
