At 3:56, I am pretty sure that is just a bug in the studio terrain feature. It happens sometimes when I use terrain editor so that might be what it is.

There is a chest in the volcano and the oil thing. Volcano is located near a base and is on top of the volcano. The big oil thing is located near the middle of the island(not really, u can see it from the middle) go there with ur boat and go al the way to the top there should be chest in there.
