How to find the Displacement Rune for mages in SoD phase 3

UPDATE: It's been brought to my attention that not everyone knows how to get the scrolls. Here's how: Scrolls can be bought on the AH or deciphered via comprehension charm on p2 or p3 scrolls. Speculating that Worldcore Fragment's come from the warlock minions and the new fel portals.

where do you get the scrolls, i cant find any in the auction house and to decipher them is gonna be insane luck

Yeah, there's also an enchantment recipe to make them as well. On my server this recipe cost 100g! Good luck!

@@houstontx7429 Honestly just message a group of mages in /who. I got my scroll from the scroll given during the Baelfire bolt rune quest, maybe others are having the same luck!

no one doing it so i am having to waste them trying to solo it such a fun thing to waste 7g each try amazing out of all the runes i done over like 6 diff cars this is the worst by far no rune should cost gold to get fucking stupid bullshit

Yo, let me know what server you're on. I would def help you out. Yeah the actual mob is an elite arcane mob so, with the high health and being immune to arcane damage it can be super tough. Try /lookingforgroup chat or trade for a group of people. I'm sure there are tons of people that would help you in exchange for the free rune.
