Do we need to flip the tangent line of 4/3 to have a normal line of negative 3/4 or it will remain to a fraction form and have a negative sign (negative 4/3)?

What if you have more than one horizontal tangent line? In such as: x(sqrt{4-x^2 } where there's two. What is the formula to find them since f'(x) = 0 doesn't work in this case...

Sir.how about finding the equation of a normal line when the slope of the tangent is equal to zero

if the slope is equal to zero that would mean the y is constant, the normal line would then have a slope of zero as well.
