@JoevicSismar-m1j if your goal is just to make the denominators the same, then you can express the fractions in so many ways. 1/2 and 1/3 can be expressed as 3/6 and 2/6 respectively. They can also be expressed as 6/12 and 4/12 respectively. However, if you are looking for the LCD, then the LCD is 6.
