✅ Just a quick thought to follow up the video... You do NOT have to set everything up exactly like I did in order to find the mean. You can separately add everything and then divide. For example, add 2 + 4 + 4 + 5 + 5 = 20. Then do 20 ÷ 5 = 4. You can complete these steps as two separate problems. As long as you add everything and then divide, you will get the correct mean. ✅ Also, I used parentheses around the addition problems above the fraction bars to show that those were grouped together. The fraction bar already acts as a grouping symbol, so the parentheses are not necessary. Either way will work. So something to keep in mind. well if 3 women place identical umbrellas in a bucket, and when they leave grab random umbrellas since there is no difference, what is the chance only 2 women grabbed their own umbrellas? 0%. if they grabbed their own, the last woman's umbrella would be the only one left.
