The one thing that gets me is how many people (couples) i've known in the past that seemed they were strong in their faith, in the church, were leaders then but are now divorced..😳 like what happened? Were they really equally yoked?

Unfortunately, even the best of us Christians are still only human and have weaknesses. And sometimes the enemy comes in right in those weak moments to attack and destroy what God put together. nobody is above temptation. But it’s important to stay strong in the word and close to Jesus without any gaps so there’s no opportunity for the enemy to catch us unaware. even a pastor can make a mistake. It doesn’t matter how strong you are. You still have to keep up your spiritual fitness so you don’t get weak. That’s my best explanation.
