According to the E3 Wario sounds like he exists as some anti piracy type error message which it was probably from E3 when someone might of tried to pirate the game. Some video games are known for making anti-piracy messages like Undertale if you mess with file0 or hack the levels Sans is the anti-pirating message quite possible Wario was only for preventing piracy during the E3 event.
