Well, its not a norm. Employers ask you if you are a PR or citizen as they have to prove to the govt that they cannot find such skilled person in Canada that’s why they are hiring from abroad and frankly logistics isn’t a very niche field. It won’t work that way I’m sorry.

PUBLIC schools are great here. just go for house in neutral community because you will have to enrol in your nearest school and not by your choice. All schools are great except for a very few dominating nationalities like one or two areas, rest is all great

Very difficult to come on job. Come on PR. That way you can start getting childcare benefits from day 1 and come and look for job, and once you get it, you can call your wife and kids within 3-4 months

Coming as PR, senior kg kid is going to get some govt benefit around 300-500 dollars per month depending upon the income of both parents . A decent salary really depends where you are living. Out of GTA rents are cheaper. Groceries will be same anywhere in Ontario. Then if you buy car or not. Patrol and car insurance. I have a video on monthly expenses in Canada. Pls watch that

This is a lengthy procedure evaluating both profiles, and calculating the scores. But if both your occupations fall under in demand category in NOC codes, then see who can score the max in ielts. And whoever has work experience in the same field as the studies, all these things will gain more points . I would suggest visit a consultant and discuss everything with him and gain all info. Afterwards, you can apply yourself if you want to, to save all those lakhs of rupees

Schools are free. healthcare is free. govt gives child care money to spend monthly around 300-500 dollars each kid each month depending upon their ages. as they grow it reduces.... we cant complain :)
