Such a cool concept! What I like about this is that it allows us to see strengths that we might not have even known of because we have never been given the opportunity to explore them. Totally a great way to look at yourself in a different light.

I definitely didnt consider most of my themes "strengths" of mine but seeing how other people have used the same strengths in their live was really useful for me!

I took the test at a staff retreat and was blown away. I learned that I am a PICLR. Positivity, intellection, connectedness, learner, restorative. We had a strength finder coach present this to us over a two day retreat, very cool stuff.

I should consider doing this - interesting how I think a lot of our strengths are similar. I wonder if they did any tests on siblings and how many of these strengths pop up in family members!

I actually took this test... My husband took it at his job and got me an extra one... So, it was soooooo true! Scary! Lol. Loved it!

Woo is perfect for you. I'm not a big "sharer" when it comes to personal stuff, but somehow you always seem to get it out of me. LOL I've not taken the Strengths Finder, but I have taken the Indigo Assessment which is similar. My "Top 5" from there were: Creativity & Innovation, Conceptual Thinking, Flexibility, Personal Accountability, and Futuristic Thinking. I'll have to try the StrengthsFinder out and see how they line up! :)

Estelle Mae oh! Thanks! We'll, I am just about to start, soon. Wanted to start this week, but I'd been soooooooooooo sick with a cold. So, yeah, no!!!! Can't try to start this you tubing looking like I do at this point! 🤣🤣🤣 I am a mom, so that why the whole mom2mom idea. I basically want to talk about the fact that us moms are ppl. You know, some cultures, once you have kids, you forget about being human! And it's sad... I just started being human again about 2years ago, so I need to talk to others moms about this, I call it, "tabu" subject!!! 😁 Not saying forgrt your duties as a mom, but to say, take care of yourself, keep on growing, feel good about yourself and look good! Which in return would help you be a happier person a better wife and a better mom of course! Also, you'll be a great exemple for your kids, specially daughters so they don't repeat the vicios cycle! So, I can't wait to start!!!!!
