Or because water cannot be drained due to bad filter or bad pump… so many possible scenarios that won’t make it possible to open the door that requiring you to open the door to find crucial information to get the machine repaired is really dumb

I don't know what the model number, because i cannot get the door open on the washing me - brilliant design - there are two flashing lights - I cannot downloadthe pdf of the instructions for the washing machine because i need the serial number - you guys sure are clever!

Hi Christine Sorry for the confusion, there are a lot of numbers on the same sticker it can get a bit confusing. In this video it is the top number BWSC 61252...Yours will look similar with letters first leading into numbers. Kind regards Indesit Customer Service

My problem is can you tell me how I would know if Indesit washer/dryer is literally washing clothes in warm water? A few years ago there always used to be tell tail signs with a little steam always coming out of the detergent drawer but its been a few years since I noticed that. On the 13 setting when the wash is complete I open the door and the clothes are cold - the same with setting 5. Is there a way for me to actually test if my clothes are being washed in warm or cold water? In the old days we could just feel the door but there seems to be two plastic glass doors which prevents feeling hot or cold.

My washer has a problem. Does not drain properly. Solution online is to find the model number… well the washer refuses to open the door due to water being inside! Was this too complicated to foresee? Like why don’t you put this sticker in the back? Or in the side? Or in top? No… it’s just sad from your part One day I’ll build a rocket ship maintenance station on the moon. If your rocket is not working bring it first to the moon and then I’ll repair it… 🤦‍♂️

Your after sales extended warranty is appalling. Keeping people waiting up t0 10 hours for an engineers that never turns up is ridiculous.
