Blessings.. To me its no different then hot curling .. I use to hot curl my hair in curls piece by piece when I had a perm.. I did many long process styles when I was unnatural, and hair braiding and more all these styles take time (hours) to days depending on your time. So if we can do all these hour and time consuming styles , we should have no problem doing natural hair time consuming styles , but I know how it is, time consuming when you don't want to deal with all that Lol. You want something quick, only thing I can say you will never find it Lol. Even a puff takes time to me.. But Black's hair it meant to be tough, fierce, and challenging.. and it's real thirty .. That sheep hair is deep.. Blessings.

I tried coils for the first time and they came out pretty good. I don’t have as much hair as you do. My day 3 a few coils unraveled and roots started to get poofy. I only used a leave in maybe next time I’ll add a gel.

If u have a thicker grade of hair it's not going to work it will puff up and unravel u have to do small sections if you dont have a fine grade of hair and my hair is 4a/4b and I even have that problem

Blessings.. spiral curls are cute, I used to do spiral curls with hot curlers when I was young and got many compliments, and now my natural hair i do the same and they are beautiful.. what ever your hair type is work with it... But I like all kinds of curls as long as it nicely done.. Black hair is hard to take but it was made to be hard, fierce and strong.. Its beautiful when its healthy.. I really like your tutorials. I think you should begin your videos with a couple of pictures of where your hair journey started. I looked all the way back and saw that you had the same problems/texture most of us had. However, the way your hair looks now would make us think the texture of your hair has always been perfectly curly.

Yo these look fantastic. I do my finger coils with larger bundles of hair, but the roots come undone very eaily... Will give it a try next time with smaller selections and also seperating each coil after! The way I do it now takes about an hour but i spend quite a bit of time sectioning off each bundle and defining the coil properly. Maybe doing more coils could actually save time because I'm not so worried about each individual one looking perfect
