How to fit a double seat in the VW T4 campervan, Easy job

Great video I don’t suppose you know if this works under T5 2012 I want to change my single captain seat to a double bench seat was just wondering if the pins would work the same cheers

Hello mate. I'm not 100 percent certain, however the bench seat is an available option in the t5 so I would presume the bolt layout etc will be similar. Let me know how you get on. Be interesting to know🤙🤙🤙

@@valhallavw done it fitted a t5 double seat int a t4 just had to drill one hole looks mint now getting cam belts and water pump done thursday

i cant find a t4 fornt double seat anywhere so would a t5 fit

Hi, just found your channel. I did the opposite of this and took my double out to fit a single in my T5. I think you'll find captivated nuts under your matting that will line up with holes in seat base.

alright what seat is it is it a t4 or would a t5 fit in a t4

The seat in mine is a T4 seat. And check out the just T4 forum for info on whether a t5 seat would be compatible. I'm pretty sure the bolt holes are different 🤙🤙
