Great video, thank You! 1st time ever fitting mousse and it went very smooth I wouldn't be able to fit the rear without the tips especially around the rim lock.

Tks !!! I use 2 zipties to keep the tire from popping out of the rim at rim lock while installing tire.At home I also anchor rabaconda to garage floor with concrete anchor. Tks again

Thanks for video. Question on average how long does a moose last? I’ve tried tubliss and I just get sick of constantly putting air in . I was thinking about trying a moose.

Can you reverse the Michelin Enduro front tyre?

Yes, I have and didn't notice a difference.

Was there a tube or a mousse in the tyre when you took the tyre off?

Great Videos!!! Trying a Michelin Enduro Medium 140 and want a "soft" feeling mousse for hard enduro. Do you guys still run the recommended M14? or do you downsize to get a softer feel? Can't get the Xtrem version where I live yet, but when we can, what mousse do you run in that tire? Thanks in advance for any info!!!

I use the recommended M14 but drill a 16mm hole every 100-125mm. I seal the rim with duct tape and use a lot of mousse gel. My mousse is 1yr old now.

Thanks for the video. Question how long does a moose typically last? I’ve been running tubliss but I’m tired of constantly putting Air in.

I usually go thru 1 front moose a year (70hrs) Always make sure to keep them lubed up otherwise life will be decreased. I have about 250hrs on my rear moose. It broke in half but still good. Feels like 6psi. Great for hard enduro

Hardest thing i found is choosing what mousse for normal trail riding, sorry of all rounder. Whats your opinion ? by the way, very good vid, best i have seen !
@enduroskillstraining4 жыл бұрын
Appreciate the feedback. For general trail riding I would highly recommend the combination in the video (Michelin Enduro Medium 90/100 with the M16 mousse). Alternatively, if cost is a concern then I'd recommend the Michelin Tracker ( 80/100-21 and M15 mousse).

What size tracker would you use for a 140/80 mousse?
@enduroskillstraining4 жыл бұрын
TommyK For enduro bikes the 120 Tracker tyre is recommended and designed to be used with a 120 mousse. The 140 Tracker is intended for the larger dual sport bikes like KTM 690/Husky 701. I would not recommend trying to squeeze a 140 mousse into a 120 tyre unless its very soft/old and well used
@NorthWestEnduro4 жыл бұрын
Yea I read on Enduro tyres about the 140 being more suited to the bigger bikes. I wasn't sure if the tracker was motocross sizes like some of the maxxis tyres which you can fit a 140 mousse in a 120 tyre easily. Cheers for the clarification 👍
