You're very welcome! Note that you can also buy these items without an actual locking mechanism (i.e. without the key) which are a little cheaper. Depends on the level of security you need. ATB, Des

Hiya David. The old handles were kaput. Some opened and some didn't. They nearly all had different keys - some had been lost. They were also of very poor quality and needed to go. Clean slate my friend. Des

If your screwing these into the pvc especially on a downstairs window of someone tried to pry a window open with these would they rip out pretty easy etc ??

Waste of time, decent screwdriver on the outside will pop these off. Thugs don't care how much they mess up your frame or crack the glass.

I agree entirely about thieves not caring about the damage they cause but you could use that same argument against any security measure. These are definitely worthwhile in my opinion and for the small cost represent a real bargain if you can install them yourself. Appreciate you dropping by. Best wishes, Des
