Hey mate great video. I'm looking into these for my rollerblades. I recently purchased the metroblade gm. and they are significantly different when riding them in comparison to the hard shel boots. any tips or do you have videos on how to balance better or ride hockey style rollerblades ? thanks man. like I said I'm believe these insole will help so I'm just looking for some more I do from users. What is the size of the skates that the original insole is from? And I assume the superfeet insole is size E?

My Bauer X30 footbeds are smaller in the heel area than the yellow superfeet. I am not sure if it is going to be a problem, but if it will be, I couldn't get the refund. What should I do?

i have flat feet. and i have a pair of graf 705s. they hurt like xxxx. especially because i guess the arch of the grafs and the stock insoles are too high/close to my heel. or coz i dont have an arch. would these help? and which model of superfeet should i get? the yellow? grey? which?

Al Antolin I would say so, get for correcting fit and comfort issues. I use the brown ones in my normal street shoes.

A $1 piece of foam selling for $35. Any good hockey skates already have a good custom insole with a properly raised heel (just look from the outside to see). They will also have a proper arch and heel support. Using these just raises your heel too high and will overly cup you heel. Also, the vents on the bottom are also too small and don't line up with boot bottom vents.

I just bought a pair of custom Bauer Ultrasonics and compared them to a pair of CCM Super Tacks. The insoles that come with even the high level skates are cheap foam that don't do much except for provide protection from the rivets on the skate bottoms.

It won't effect the fit cycling shoes because they make different types of insoles that will fit in different types of shoes.
