2009 chevy traverse ltz. I had this problem and just relearn all the keys to the vehicle and all systems work fine with all keys. Save yourself a little time getting to the battery. Once related you drive a little with the key and everything tests just fine.

I have a buddy with 2013 traverse and the driver information center buttons and hazard buttons no longer work. Couldn’t find fuse Remove battery and re install ? New switch ?

I have found that disconnecting the battery completely & reconnecting it fixed a lot of stupid problems If it doesn’t there’s a couple traverse groups on fb that can help some are diehard fans of the vehicle

I got rear ended, barely a dent in my GMC Acadia rear gate...then this issue happened. I'm under the impression the accident caused a sensor to go out. Ideally I'd like it to work and beep for me in assisting the parking, so I'd need to (like you said) get a new sensor and take apart the bumper. Your resolution just took away the "Park Assist" error message, right?

Did that already and still no luck, same thing happened rear tail gate got damaged now no parking assist. But all sensors seem to be working fine I can hear them if you put ur ear close to em like a clicking buzzing sound, they all seem to have power and working.

Hi I do have same problem on my suburban 2007 starts normal but after driving for few minutes the message comes on saying park assist is off but the funny part is after stop at the light or stop sign and then I start driving the first gear do like small bumping parts I was thinking about Transmitions but I turned the truck off and message go off and comes after driving again I was planning to take to the dealer but I may risks my sell checking some others things around. Please excuse my bad typing :)

I would take it to a place like advance autoparts or some where like that they'll hooked it up to a OBD scanner to read the codes free I just got tired of it & it was either make it or break it I'm so over this traverse nothing but head aches

thanks for getting back to me i do take the truck to auto zone the find 3 code 2 were same codes about transmission so i take the truck back to the dealer were i purchased they found the transmission was the problem so they replace for me and the others issues the computer needs to be replaces for the cost of $220 they just call me yesterday to let me know the truck is ready for pick up. again thanks for replying

im sorry it took so long for the rely your reply had just showed up im glad you got everything fixed & it didn't cost an arm & a legthe dealer did fix my tranny but only replaced the one part so now its just out of warranty I pay it off & tranny goes out again lol$3000 fix nowI fix the tranny no more gm cars for me

It has something to do with the connection either at the sensor or under that dash we’re it connecting

You can go to a auto parts store & a lot of times they'll scan it for free there is so many things that are interconnected One thing will set off 5 different codes At bout 150,000 those transmissions got out because they're garbage & motor to

Sounds like the sensors are bad Disconnect the battery for bout 5 min If you still have the probably have a bad sensor Supposedly you can turn key but don’t start it and put the vehicle in and reverse And supposedly you can walk to the back of the vehicle and listen to hear see if you can hear a ticking noise by each one of the sensors if the sensor doesn’t make a ticking noise supposedly it’s either bad or loose if that doesn’t work I’m electrician by trade and you can take a continuity meter & check for continuity

The battery is under the passenger side seat The positive pole under the hood comes from the battery under the seat it's a pain in the ass

It should leave it disconnected for a couple minutes just the hot side (red wire) If by chance it doesn't you can go to a auto parts place & have them put it on a diagnostic device to tell you what codes the vehicle is putting out
