I purchased a 6 # ball for my 10yr old son and within 2 days the ball warped into an egg shape is there any way to fix?

hi this is a great video I have bought some slam balls but when they arrive they are shaped like a rock and hard like concrete its not in a sphere shape anymore is this the same problem as the one in your video I do I fix the balls so that they become soft and spherical in shape do I pump air into it... it looks like the theres no air in it so its all sucked in giving it a stone like shape its really bothering me and you can't really slam it because its become hard thanks

I know you commented on this a looong time ago. I missed your comment. Funny thing is, that just happened to us a few months ago. We ordered 10 balls and every one of them were hard as a rock. Had to send them back. Not sure what they heck happened but it definitely is possible that losing the air could suck the bounce out. So crazy!

Bough a 50kg slam ball yesterday, was able to slam the valve in at first usage while trying to inflate...found your video and I was like great, easy fix...brb nobody in the goddamn UK seems to sell these 🤣🤣🤣

Sand is coming out of mine. I pushed in the thin ball pump needle and then samd started coming out.

Did you try to replace the valve (with basketball plugs)?
