How to solve easily the most frequent breakdowns in an automatic fuel nozle, model GESPASA PA-60:
Liquid outlet continuously through the tube with the trigger closed.
Drip or trickle through the cannula for a few seconds with the trigger closed.
The automatic closing of the trigger, jumps constantly or does not jump.
In all cases, the most frequent cause is the entry of chips or impurities that do not allow the valves to close correctly. We will have to disassemble, clean, check the parts and assemble again.
We heat the protective cover to remove it easily
If liquid comes out constantly with the trigger closed, the main valve is not closing properly.
We will disassemble and clean the existing impurities or chips.
We can turn the flat joint to ensure a perfect seal.
We reassemble the main valve.
If the gun only leaks for a few seconds, it means that the main valve closes correctly, but the outlet tube valve remains open.
We will disassemble the outlet tube by turning a little.
We will clean the valve, make sure it closes well and reassemble. When placing the tube, we will turn it to avoid damaging the joint.
When the automatic closure jumps constantly, or does not close, it is that we have a problem in the membrane.
We will disassemble, clean, check the good condition of all parts and reassemble.
In this case, it can be seen that the membrane is deteriorated and we will proceed to change it.
We clean and blow all the parts.
We blow through the hole in case there is an obstruction in the air tube.
Before replacing the membrane, we must make sure that the three balls are in their housing.
Remount.
We will heat the cover and put it back.
The gun is now ready to work again.
